- Week 1Students will learn about God’s vision for the Nations, the crucial role of Prayer in World Evangelization, the importance of setting right priorities for life and why Administrative skills are necessary for Missional work.3
- Week 2This module focuses on personal preparation for Missions, time management, organizing a simple Missionary activity, administrative concepts and skills for managing people, finances and problem solving.2
- Week 3This module focuses on cultural contexts of Mission and why knowing/understanding the culture of the people is vital for reaching them in the Gospel. It will also cover appreciating diverse cultures, learning local languages and how to communicate effectively with the people.3
- Week 4Module 4 centers on the role of bounding as an essential foundation for Evangelization, Missions strategies and principles, the eight roles of the Missionary, church planting and multiplying strategies and planting of indigenous churches.3
- Week 5Module 5 discusses strategies for starting church planting movement for the multiplication of churches, the Patterson church concept for church panting movement, factors, the China church planting movement and how it can be replicated in our own Mission fields.3
- Week 6For Module 6, students are expected to visit any Missions field of their choice for a short-term Missions experience, keep a detailed log book (with pictures) of his/her experience (activities, problems, temptations, challenges and testimonies). The student must set personal goals for this Missions experience and document them. At the end of the short-term visit, the student must assess and document whether these goals were met and give reasons why they were not. The Log book must be duly signed and certified by the supervising missionary.2
